Legal Counsel - Attorney Jaila Carter

Jaila Carter is the Managing Attorney of Carter Law & Associates, PLLC, where she is dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with compassion, integrity, and strategic solutions that restore confidence and open doors to new opportunities. A proud graduate of Howard University (B.S. in Psychology) and South Texas College of Law (Juris Doctorate), Ms. Carter is committed to building her community and promoting the importance of education. Ms. Carter began her career as a College Access Coach for low-income students in Atlanta Public Schools under the Corporation for National and Community Service, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service. Dedicated to efficiency and problem-solving, she has also spent years mentoring youth and adolescents and continues to seek solutions that strengthen communities and promote growth.

In addition to her work in law, Ms. Carter serves as Legal Counsel for All Things College, where she ensures that families are protected, informed, and supported throughout their journey. She provides clarity on agreements, policies, and the often-overlooked legal details of college planning. By combining her legal expertise with her passion for education and mentorship, Ms. Carter strengthens ATC’s mission to create equitable pathways to higher education.

Parent Financial Liaison – Trelles Williams aka Lady Finance

Award-winning entrepreneur Trelles Williams, better known as Lady Finance, is the CEO of Lady Finance and Financial Experts of America, a successful luxury Tax & Financial firm established in 2013. She is dedicated to informing, educating, empowering, motivating, and training individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in personal finance and wealth-building strategies. Lady Finance equips her clients with the tools to break free from debt, reach their financial goals, manage their finances successfully, and build wealth for the future. Known for her hands-on approach, Lady Finance provides real-world financial advice that can be applied to any business or individual situation, making her a credible partner for small business owners looking to achieve more.

In addition to her work in finance, Lady Finance serves as a key mentor for All Things College, guiding parents through the financial aspects of preparing for higher education. As part of the 1:1 college coaching package, she provides parents with two dedicated sessions on budgeting for senior year and college, covering all the miscellaneous expenses associated with getting their child not only to college but also through graduation. She educates parents on completing the FAFSA as a tax professional and provides strategies for ensuring students have ready access to funds, accounts, and financial tools while in college, so families are fully prepared to support their child’s success.

Tutor - Aliyah Webster – Subject Specialties: ACT/SAT Prep, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II and Trigonometry, Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus

Aliyah is a 2nd-year Ph.D. student in the Integrated Toxicology and Environmental Health Program at Duke University, where she studies how exposure to environmental pollutants can impact neurodevelopment. She earned her B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Math from Spelman College in 2024. During her time at Spelman and through internships at institutions such as the Johns Hopkins Institute for Cell Engineering, Aliyah conducted research in organic chemistry, genomics, radiology, cell therapy, and socially-directed science and technology, demonstrating a strong foundation in both science and analytical thinking. Aliyah specializes in ACT/SAT prep and mathematics, including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I/II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus, providing students with strategies to improve academic performance and test readiness. Known for her patient and personalized approach, she helps students build confidence, critical thinking skills, and a love for learning. As a tutor with All Things College, Aliyah works directly with students to strengthen their academic foundation and prepare them for college-level challenges, while fostering curiosity and a growth mindset that supports success both inside and outside the classroom.

Tutor – Ms. Shenita – Subject Specialties: Mathematics at all levels, ACT Prep, SAT Prep, ASVAB Prep, College Placement Test, all levels of English, some Social Studies, and some Science.

Ms. Nita is a dedicated educator with expertise in Mathematics at all levels, as well as ACT, SAT, ASVAB, and college placement test preparation. She also provides academic support in English, Social Studies, and Science, making her a versatile resource for students across multiple subjects. With years of experience helping students prepare for exams and strengthen their academic foundations, Ms. Nita is known for her patience, encouraging, and results-driven approach. She equips students with strategies that not only improve test performance but also build confidence, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities that carry into college and beyond. Dedicated to student growth, Ms. Nita offers both virtual and in-person sessions to meet students where they are, ensuring flexible and accessible support for every learner. As a tutor with All Things College, Ms. Nita works directly with students to strengthen their academic foundation, improve test readiness, and develop study strategies, while fostering curiosity and a growth mindset that supports success both inside and outside the classroom.

Mr. James Agazie – Subject Specialties: Biology, General Science, Chemistry, Algebra I & II, Geometry, ACT/SAT Prep, and ASVAB Prep

Mr. Agazie brings over 20 years of experience in education, parent engagement, and academic consulting. A certified instructor in General Science and Chemistry (grades 7–12), he has taught Biology, Algebra I & II, Geometry, SAT/ACT, and ASVAB prep. He currently serves as the Aquaponic Greenhouse Program & Research Science Coordinator at the Andrew Young Foundation, where he leads STEM initiatives focused on sustainability and food security. In addition, Mr. Agazie has been a long-time tutor and educational consultant with the Andrew & Walter Young Family YMCA, guiding students to measurable academic improvement. His career reflects both a passion for teaching and a deep commitment to youth empowerment and community development. As a tutor with All Things College, Mr. Agazie works directly with students to build confidence in science and math, sharpen their test-taking skills, and prepare them for academic success, while also instilling curiosity and a love for lifelong learning.
